June 27th

Just a reminder that our next field trip will be Saturday evening, June 27th.  We will meet at the Walter Hall Park in League City to shoot people.  Neal Kelsoe is bringing a couple and their young daughter and Steve Schuenke may also bring a person to pose for our practice 'golden hour' shots.

Walter Hall Park is a Galveston County park located at 807 Highway 3, 0.4 miles north of FM 518.  Clear Creek runs along the west side of the park with clear views of the opposite shore and the setting sun.  There are ponds, trees, scenic foot bridges, and an old whitewashed building with a porch on 2 sides.  Lots of potential photo backdrops for our models and each other.  We will plan to start grumbling about the heat at 7:00PM.  After you pass through the arch at the entrance of the park, go to the second stop sign and turn left into a small parking area.  We will meet in that general area.  If you get lost, my cell phone number is 832 661 0435 (in fact that is my number even if you are not lost!).
